By accessing marshfleet.com or submitting any form on it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors and buyers; transactions for equipment are additionally governed by the separate contract you sign with the supplier.

MarshFleet is an independent B2B marketplace and decision engine. We list equipment and route inquiries to independent manufacturers, dealers and rental operators (“Suppliers”). We are not a party to any sale, rental or transportation contract between you and a Supplier, make no offer on their behalf, and accept no obligation arising from those contracts — including delivery, conformity, customs clearance outcomes, warranty or after-sales service.

• Listings and FOB prices are supplied by Suppliers and are indicative until confirmed in a quotation.
• Landed-cost figures (freight, duty, CFR/DDP totals) shown on this site are budgeting estimates only. Actual costs vary with sailing schedules, fuel surcharges, duty classification, insurance and port handling, and must be confirmed in writing before you rely on them.
• Compliance notes (e.g. EPA Tier 4 Final / Stage V routing) are decision support, not legal advice. You remain responsible for confirming import requirements with your customs broker or authorities.
• Equipment availability and specifications change without notice.

“Verified” status means a Supplier has passed our internal screening for production capability, export history and documentation. It is a curation signal, not a guarantee or warranty of any particular transaction. You should conduct your own due diligence, inspections and payment protections as you would in any international machinery purchase.

• Submit only accurate inquiry information; do not impersonate others.
• Do not scrape, spider or bulk-download the catalog without written permission.
• Do not submit automated, fraudulent or spam inquiries; we apply rate limiting and anti-spam measures and may block offenders.
• Do not use the site in violation of export-control, sanctions or anti-corruption laws applicable to you.

The site design, text and graphics are owned by MarshFleet or its licensors. Equipment names, engine brands and manufacturer trademarks (e.g. Cummins, Kawasaki, Danfoss, Rexroth) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only. Our reference to a brand does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

The site links to third-party services (e.g. WhatsApp, analytics providers) and enables direct communication with Suppliers. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarshFleet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, procurement costs or project losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its estimates. Our aggregate liability for direct damages relating to the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
